Terms of service
Proposed terms for using the Telqiva corporate website and beginning a business conversation.
These proposed website terms require approval by qualified counsel. They do not replace a negotiated service agreement. Governing law, dispute handling, liability provisions, and any mandatory consumer or business protections must be confirmed before adoption.
Draft prepared: November 2, 20261. Website purpose
This website introduces Telqiva LLC, a company based in Wisconsin, United States, and provides information about telecommunications, enterprise messaging, digital advertising, publisher monetization, and software development services.
Website descriptions are intended to support a business discussion. They are not a binding offer, a guarantee of service availability, or an authorization to use any network, platform, numbering resource, or regulated service.
2. Inquiries and business agreements
Submitting a form or contacting our team begins an inquiry. It does not create a partnership, employment relationship, service commitment, credit arrangement, or exclusive relationship.
Any service engagement requires separate evaluation and agreement on scope, eligibility, commercial terms, responsibilities, technical requirements, and applicable policies. A signed agreement should identify the services actually supplied and the obligations of each party.
3. Availability and capability descriptions
Telecommunications routes, destinations, numbering opportunities, messaging configurations, and capacity must be assessed for the intended use. Platform approvals and advertising arrangements depend on the relevant third parties and their requirements.
Descriptions of potential solutions do not establish ownership of numbering ranges, direct network interconnection, regulatory authorization, official advertising platform partnerships, or a proprietary communications platform.
4. Performance information
Business outcomes depend on the implementation, traffic profile, market conditions, third-party systems, and other factors. This website makes no promise of a particular delivery rate, voice quality metric, advertising return, conversion volume, publisher revenue, or software business result.
Illustrative interfaces or charts are design examples. They are not statements of actual customer or Telqiva results. Educational articles provide general planning considerations rather than professional advice for a specific situation.
5. Responsible use of the website
Use contact forms accurately and only for legitimate inquiries. Do not send deceptive requests, impersonate another organization, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use automated methods to overwhelm the service.
Do not submit another person’s information without an appropriate basis to do so. Review the Acceptable use policy for additional expectations concerning communications, advertising, and technology services.
6. Content and third-party services
Telqiva’s name, website design, and original content should not be used in a way that misrepresents affiliation or authorization. Any third-party names referenced on the site remain associated with their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or an official partnership.
External links are provided for relevant communication or information. Third-party services have their own conditions, availability, and privacy practices.
7. Confidentiality and submissions
A general inquiry form is not a secure channel for confidential technical material. Please do not send passwords, credentials, sensitive customer records, or proprietary information that requires a confidentiality agreement.
Any confidentiality duties, ownership of deliverables, licensing, payment terms, and service-level commitments should be documented in the applicable business agreement.
8. Website changes and legal provisions
Content and functionality may be updated as business requirements change. The finalized terms should specify how material changes are communicated and when they become effective.
These draft terms intentionally leave governing law, venue, dispute procedures, and limitation-of-liability provisions for legal review. No blanket waiver or exclusion should be inferred from the draft.
9. Contact
Questions about this website or a proposed engagement may be sent to imtiaz@telqiva.com. Information handling is described in the draft privacy policy.
