Policies & responsibility
Acceptable use policy
Responsible operations begin with clear expectations for traffic, advertising, data, and technology.
This proposed policy outlines the intended responsible-use principles for Telqiva’s website and potential services. It must be aligned with actual contracts, upstream requirements, operational controls, and applicable laws before adoption.
Draft prepared: November 2, 20261. General principles
Business relationships should be based on a legitimate purpose, accurate information, transparent operations, and appropriate authorization. Customers and partners should understand and satisfy the laws, platform policies, and contractual conditions that apply to their activities.
No website description authorizes a regulated activity or grants access to a network or platform. Any proposed service must be reviewed and documented separately.
2. Voice and premium-rate services
Voice traffic must have a lawful source and purpose. Partners should be able to explain traffic origination, the service being provided, and any relevant customer, operator, or numbering permissions.
- No fraudulent calling, artificial traffic inflation, unauthorized premium-rate traffic, or revenue-share abuse.
- No caller identity spoofing for deception, impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized access.
- No bypass of network controls, unauthorized routing, or concealment of traffic origin.
- No representation of numbering rights or regulatory permission without appropriate verification.
Numbering, rate presentation, end-user consent, and related permissions must be established for the actual service and jurisdictions involved.
3. Enterprise messaging
Messaging should be appropriate to its intended purpose, use a valid sender identity, and respect applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Sender registration and destination rules must be considered during onboarding.
- No unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased-list spam, phishing, malware links, or deceptive content.
- No impersonation of a business, public body, or individual.
- No attempts to evade filtering, sender verification, suppression lists, or agreed routing restrictions.
- No reuse of collected contact information for an incompatible purpose without an appropriate basis.
Transactional and marketing use cases should be classified clearly. Delivery reporting must not be misrepresented as proof of recipient consent or a guarantee of handset delivery.
4. Advertising and affiliate activity
Acquisition, creative, landing pages, tracking, and conversion reporting must comply with the rules of the participating platforms, networks, and advertisers.
- No misleading claims, deceptive redirects, cloaking, or material misrepresentation of an offer.
- No automated clicks, fabricated conversions, unauthorized incentives, or other invalid traffic.
- No concealed traffic sources or unauthorized use of a brand, creative asset, or customer record.
- No tracking intended to bypass a user’s consent choice or the controls required by a platform.
Search monetization activity must follow the actual feed agreement and permitted acquisition model. A reference to an advertising platform on this site does not establish official partner status.
5. Publishing and software
Content and applications should respect intellectual property, privacy, and the permissions required for any integrated advertising, analytics, or communication service.
- No distribution of malware or tools intended for unauthorized access.
- No theft or misuse of credentials, personal data, or confidential information.
- No deceptive advertising placements, forced interactions, or interference with user choice.
- No deployment of unapproved third-party code or integrations that violate applicable agreements.
6. Review and response
Proposed engagements should establish how traffic or content concerns are investigated, which evidence may be requested, and who can authorize a pause or configuration change. Contractual suspension, termination, notice, and appeal procedures require legal and operational approval.
Suspected abuse relating to a Telqiva engagement or this website can be reported to imtiaz@telqiva.com. Include enough context to identify the concern, but avoid sending sensitive personal information or harmful files.
